Return/Exchange Policy:
We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- ALL SALES FINAL on jewelry and sale items.
- EXCHANGES can be made by either visiting a Planet Funk store or by sending items directly to Planetfunk.com Customer Service. Although there are no additional shipping charges for exchanges, please note that we do not absorb the shipping cost of returning merchandise to us. For in-store exchanges, an online order receipt must be presented.
- RETURNS FOR REFUND will ONLY be accepted for online purchases. In-store purchases and phone orders placed directly with one of our stores are subject to the store's 10-day exchange only policy. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed with tags still attached. Items returned after 14 days will be accepted for exchange only. After 60 days, all sales are final. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are posted within 72 hours.
How to Send Merchandise Back to Us:
Please complete and include your Return/Exchange Request Form when shipping to Planetfunk.com Customer Service. Please pack and secure your item securely and include all parts. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package. Planet Funk is not responsible for items lost in transit. Merchandise should NOT be sent to the return address on the actual shipping label. All return items should only be sent to the following address:
